Order Processing
Processing time is separate from shipping time. Processing begins after your payment has been authorized and verified.

Standard orders: up to 4 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Pre Orders: allow up to 25 days for processing before your order ships.
For products marked Made to Order, check the product page for any additional production time before purchasing.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders shipping to U.S. destinations generally take 3 to 5 business days after dispatch, depending on the shipping method and destination. This estimate starts when your order ships, rather than when you place it.
International delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. The U.S. delivery estimate does not apply to international orders.
We generally ship through USPS or UPS. Other carriers may be used when needed.
Shipping Costs and Tracking
Your final shipping cost is displayed at checkout.
Once your order ships, we will email your tracking information so you can follow its progress.
Shopping for a Specific Event
Please allow time for both processing and delivery. For Pre Orders, allow up to 25 days for processing before shipping. For Made to Order products, also allow any production time stated on the product page.
